I think the reason they've chosen that CPU is because of the budget, $2K - as you've pointed out a case capable of housing the card is going to cost more then the "change" they have left so the only other option would be to downgrade the card? At the end of the day this isn't so much a guide as a shopping list explaining why they picked each item!Yes it would have been nice to give some thought to the cooling aswell, but I guess your cooling requirements will be partly determined by your choice of case!Interesting choice of parts but it's just about the same parts you'd see on most other OC sites wish list!
