Lets see...Black Market sells drugs to dealers in America, they sell the drugs to yuppies and wanna be gangstas a like, Black Marketeers get guns and have it out with innocent people, then the cycle renews because the government thinks it actually has a fighting chance to "crack down" on crime. Not only is the FDA questionable from a constitution point of view, the very idea that you'll be able to stop drug smuggling was kind of how PROHIBITION was repealed, right? So...who isn't getting their history?
Marijuana has very little chance of being legalized in the United States because everyone can grow it and citizens don't have money to hire lobbyists to lobby for them. Our congress does not often represent us. They do that only when re-election is near. The rest of the time they are busy being wined and dined by lobbyists.
