No way should Paulson be leading the effort to stabilize the economy.Hasn't anyone thought about firing him for the awful job he has done?(Hell of a job Hanky!)Our national treasure should be invested carefully. Not just thrown up in the air in the hopes that it will fall in the right place. The banks have whole departments filled with experienced financial professionals.Let them work their own problems out, not some government agency with no real motivation to do a great job and to ensure the safety of our hundreds of billions of tax dollars. Why are protecting all of the people that screwed up?This plan is 100% nuts and we are all going to be personally footing this bill for years to come.
