Just as 'Paultards' makes your comments appear petty and insignificant; thereby blocking any true discussion of the issues. This was the whole point of the article - the campaign was about principles (and is far from over, BTW) more than it was about the presidency, but the party proved that they don't have principles any more.
FTA: "I'm as puzzled as local Paul supporters as to why the GOP resists his message of living by the Constitution, something to think about when we celebrate that great document's adoption this week. But I suppose when you're for all war all the time, it's in Big Government we trust."---I don't think it is as much "Big Government" as it is "Corporate Government". The corporate suites at the two conventions showed me who really runs the government. If the corporations were at least pro-America this wouldn't be nearly so troubling. Many corporations in addition to being anti-America are pro-Zionist. We can see the effects on our economy in the current financial crisis. Must all of us suffer because of the greed and lust for power of the few? Unregulated capitalism will always create unsustainable bubbles that will eventually collapse, leaving disaster in their wake. As we probe into the cause of the latest bubble, it becomes clear that these are criminal enterprises that suck on the blood of America. Yet these corporate criminals are rarely imprisoned for their crimes. Organized Crime has taken over the Boardrooms. This is not Capitalism, it is Fascism.
