WW2 had conscientious objectors and protests. They weren't really allowed to show these activities in the media but those people were out there. In fact, one out of every six men in U.S. prisons during World War II was a draft resister. The media was restricted during the war and they were not allowed to report on the anti-war movement. We have more rights today then those people did in those days.
Dew - Really? Where and when? You are getting your war vets mixed up. This isn't Viet Nam. And I agree that those vets were treated horribly. But that is not going on now. There are enough people out there who hate Democrats, why do you have to try to make it worse?Now, are you going to keep spewing your lies?
I didn't watch the spitting clip until just now.they're all idiots. I still can't tell whether it's worse to be so easily provoked, or be the guy who seems like he couldn't wait to put up a front and play the innocent victim card. I hope a whole group of them all get stuck in an elevator sometime.
