I hate it when Buchanan says something I agree with. But this time he not only says something I agree with, but he faces down the Israeli propaganda with vigor. I can't believe I am saying this, but "Go Patrick!"
I find the timing of this political theater a bit strange. Why has this 'traditional vs neo' conservative debate never taken place in public before now?

I'm not a Buchanan fan myself, but I've held back from calling him a "Hitler sympathizer" because I thought it would be dishonest to do so. At no point has Buchanan said that Hitler's genocidal aims were noble or good (in fact, Buchanan called him a "monster"). Merely saying that a man has "courage" and "extraordinary gifts" in the area of politics does not equate to "sympathy" with that person.
