I think every Patent should be backed up with a working model. This is because currently 10 years down the road if someone makes a similar invention work and markets it they sued by the lazy patent holder who never physically had the invention.

dont be to quick to jugethis looks like heim therory. the pictures are very close to what i saw in heims paper. heim theroy has a lot going for it, many serious organization are now looking into it, althought there is no experimental verification that i could find.

It disgusts me that someone is even trying to patent this, especially since the original idea belongs to someone else and there's prior work. At least the patent office is rejecting this assh**e. But it does illustrate the patent process needs an important overhaul, or at least better oversight.
