truthdig.com— It is Pat’s birthday on November 6, and elections are the day after. People still have a voice. People still can take action. It can start after Pat’s birthday.

Well s**t then! No WMD's found must mean Iraq never had them. Saddam had plenty of time to bury and move the goods to neighboring countries. History and time will reveal the truth.
@tyhoThe article is one of frustration, one of a voice fighting to be heard. For anyone to belittle the pain and experience from which that voice comes is beyond the pale. It's fair to disagree with Kevin Tillman's comments. Hell, it's downright patriotic to have an opinion and express it. However, when Breakpoint broke the civility of the thread, I think he deserves any invective that comes his way.
According to the Supreme Court Black people were property. I don't really give that body all that much credence. And that's not exactly true either. And also, the Geneva convention doesn not require giving POWs trials in Civilian Courts. They only need to be treated humanely until the end of the war.And yes, you can say FDR did it, he was directly responsible for the death of ununiformed German agents that infiltrated the US. And it wasn't because they infiltrated the US either. If they had been uniformed and it was part of an actual attack on the US, and they were captured, they would have been held under the Geneva convention, but they weren't so FDR had them executed. He didn't have to either, but he wanted to make a point. See, even though he couldn't walk, FDR was more of a man than any of you will ever be. And believe it or not, even in our feminized society, we still need real men.
Reklus sounds like one of those faggy wimps who sees America as the blame. Ever fight in a war? Ever do anything but sit on your ass and make idol threats? Shut up and sit down high school, you know nothing about life. Now onward, Pat Tillman was a human first then a soldier, then a football player. He signed up to go, his own killed him albeit accidentally but s**t like that happens, happened in S.E. Asia too and someday chickens**ts like reklus will see the hens come to roost . We have Arabs and illegal aliens from Mexico, China and dozens of other countries overflowing this country and the threat is up front and personal. Whoever is President will not be allowed the luxury of sitting no his ass like Clinton did for 8 fricking years and doing nothing.George Bush made the world hate us? Who gives a s**t what the world thinks of us unless they are allies. The fricking Arabs hated us and supported Hitler in WWII. the best is the vogue thing to do. We've seen this since the first American immigrants colonized this place. Who gives a rats ass who hates us, we're the best. And to beat an old horse WE WILL BE FIGHTING THESE assh**ES SOMEWHERE! While I sympathize with Kevin for his losing his brother whom I also looked up to and respected he KNEW what might happen. You want to COME FOR US reklus? Bring your sorry anarchist ass on!
@drlhaYou mean like when John Kerry and his pals watched their fellow soliders raze towns in a manner reminiscent of Ghengis Khan (if what he says is true)? Under a Democrat president?Get a grip.
Folks, before we start calling Kevin Tillman a traitor to his brother's memory, maybe we should read what Pat Tillman thought of the war. Bless you and your family, Kevin. Thank you for serving our country and speaking out.
Mr. Tillman.....I feel for the loss of your brother and greatly appreciate your words. As a retired member of the US Army I 100% support everything you said. I am a retired 18B40b, absolutely devoted to the constitution of the US and an Atheist. I cringe every time I hear these people act as though they OWN America... a state that is separate from any religion! I applaud the Tillman's and thank them for their action and voices since the untimely demise of their son.

How we could be thrown in a direction not of our volition. How fighting as a soldier would leave us without a voice… until we got out." Then why DID you sign the papers?
