Actually it's the asshats at ASCAP that would sure him if he didn't have the proper performance rights for that particular song...they actually might be able to sue the airport.
It didn't make me want to listen to them!After seeing that video I went to YouTube to see what this song is all about. Not my kind of music, but that style was popular back then so I can see why this song was popular. Tastes have just changed. I wouldn't argue that one style is better than the other, they are just new styles for new generations, and The Beatles are simply not for this generation.
