panic.com — So, we code web sites by hand. And one day, it hit us: our web workflow was wonky. We?d have our text editor open, with Transmit open to save files to the server. We?d be previewing in Safari, running queries in Terminal, using a CSS editor, and reading references on the web. ?This could be easier,? we realized. ?And much cooler.?

@smhill: you're right, but you're getting buried. Such is digg.Don't most developers use a dual-headed setup these days anyways? Not sure how people function without it to be honest. Dev environment on the main monitor, browsers/other tools on the secondary.

It's not their logo. It's an icon of their latest app.

Why do I have the feeling that if Coda was released on Windows, nobody would talk about it?
danielandrewsApr 30, 2007
That does not do what he is asking. Let's say you want to change the title tag on every page in your site. Coda should allow the user to search for < title >12345< /title > and replace it with < title >My new awesome title< /title > across every html document in the defined site.As of now, this is not possible.

Just to let you know, they just released version 1.0.1 which makes it possible to configure your sites with the localhost. Some other good fixes are outlined in the Coda site release notes.

Excuse my ignorance but, why does Dreamweaver suck huge testicles?
