The working prototype that CTO Tom Conrad demo’d tonight was physically similar to the Sansa Connect device launched last month with Yahoo, although it was slightly longer and thinner. I hope they go with a couple gigs of flash memory instead of a HD. That way, you'd have just enough storage for when you're outside a hotspot, without all the disadvantages of a HD.
