Please call your Congressperson right now and ask them to support H.R. 7084, the Webcaster Settlement Act of 2008 - and to not capitulate to pressure from the NAB. Congress is currently working extended hours, so even calls this evening and over the weekend should get answered. The central congressional switchboard number is: (202) 225 3121

grow up pandora!just switch to creative commons artists and pay them the wasted royalties which only help enrich the labels instead of the artists.jamendo, beatbox and the likes are leading into the future with current realities. anyone who wants to get music 'without permission' can find many ways to do it.record labels are a soon 2 be extinct business model as is any business that wants to attach themselves to them in order to succeed.
