Oh, how ironic!I must've inadvertently taken out "North" before American due to word count restrictions. I'm usually the first one to ask which continent is meant when people use the word American. Sorry, I didn't mean American to refer to the US.And no, I'm not a citizen nor a resident of the United States. I just happen to like real maple syrup - sent yearly by cousins in Toronto.
Well, I'm no rabid environmentalist but I subscribe to the precautionary principle. Year of scientific studies also show that the rate the earth has heated up in the last 100 years much too fast. No wonder Pacific Island countries are sinking and glaciers melting. By the way, I haven't seen any convincing evidence that global warming isn't happening.
