rawstory.com — Conservative documentary filmmaker John Ziegler is determined to prove that Barack Obama won the 2008 election because of media bias, and that "the media assassination of [Sarah Palin], her character and family, was one of the greatest public injustices of our time.” Ziegler has now released clips of a January 5 interview with Palin.

You mean the family she paraded around onstage in order to get votes? That family? It seems to me that her family was "exploited" long before the media got there.

The only way the media could be blamed for assassinating Sarah Palin's character is for giving her the rope by allowing her to have face time; she tied the noose her damn self by opening her mouth. As far as Tina Fey is concerned, her impression of Palin was barely parody; it was practically documentary work.

I can put a sentence together logically and grammatically, I can say what I read on a regular basis, my daughter isn't an unwed teenage mother, I can name other important Supreme Court cases than Wade vs. Roe (how about Dred Scott? Brown vs. Board of Education? Miranda?), I've never had a job where they would not have given me good job references. I've always tried to take responsibility for things that were my responsibility or fault (tried, I say, I'm only human). I'd say that's more important than having a job like governor.

Don't forget that she admitted to watching the skits on air "with the sound down." She seems to make a habit of blaming others for her willful (and woeful) ignorance.

@fmaxwellDugg for "It appears that the only "qualification" he was tortured after his capture by North Vietnam. If being tortured in inhuman conditions is a qualification for political office, we've got a bunch of potential world leaders down in Gauntanamo."How brilliant is this writing? Nice job (Fred?).

Your party exploited you. Do you really think you were as qualified as a Christine Todd Whitman or Condi Rice? They used you because they thought you would be more docile and malleable. They were wrong but that was their thinking. Tina Fey just made fun of you and Katie Couric just asked you questions.

Wow, that was eloquent and enlightening. You're right I was completely wrong about the entire situation because digg users say so. I am so overjoyed that Hillary Clinton is Secretary of State, Obama plans on releasing even more of the bailout money, and I'm eligible to receive an entire $500 tax credit that I can spend at the bar drinking away my sorrows that the economy is only going to crash further due to accelerated government spending and even more foreign aid to countries that don't do s**t for us.
