So these guys have been in a secret prison for 7 years with no rights, no due process, going through god-knows what kind of torture, and now they're ready to confess to everything.Ever heard of the soviet show trials?
In all your ranting about "predetermined conclusions", it never once occurred to you how much of a hypocrite you're being? Amazing.Still, "They weren't looking at the more reasonable hypothesis of controlled demolition."I'd like you to provide substantiation for the claim that controlled demolition is "more reasonable".
Where is the proof that '1000's of individuals' would have had to have been involved? A few men with scarves could do it, but it would take 1000s if the U.S. government did it? This is known as 'denier logic'.Yeah! What is to be gained by holding people accountable for murder? According to sparkles here, there is no use even having a judicial system. It's just too much hassle and why bother, right sparkles? So this Troll cannot even think of what was gained by those in power because of 9/11? Would the American people have accepted being wiretapped, tased and having other rights stomped on if there was no 'war on terror'? And, get this, because sparkles doesn't 'think' a multi-billionaire would do it for money (it doesn't mention more power) that means the super rich wouldn't? Well, I guess we can all rest easy since sparkles doesn't 'think' they would do it. Out of one side of its mouth it demands answers that can't be given without a real investigation, from the other its opinions and suppositions take the place of evidence. Hypocrite much? The whole point is that without a proper investigation there will be a ton of theories, but that doesn't answer any questions raised by those seeking the truth, does it? Which, of course, was the whole purpose of sparkles posting on this topic - to sow misinformation and disinformation, to muddy the issue and stifle debate. It is nice of the Troll to make it so obvious, is it not?
LOL! Now it just ignores everything I said and repeats the same lame talking point questions. What truthers claim is that the official story is full of holes and incomplete. This has been demonstrated repeatedly and met with a constantly changing official story. The whole point of the truther movement is to get a proper investigation so those questions can be answered. The whole point is that the truth hasn't come out and the voices clamoring for it keep increasing in number. That's okay though. By now we're used to the Trolls' tactics of Red Herrings, obfustication and transparent attempts to control the debate and ignore anything inconvenient that they can't spin. Why is it that truthers have to come up with proof, but the government doesn't need ANY for the claim that OBL was involved? An illegal war in Afghanistan because they wouldn't turn him over without evidence is completely ignored by these Trolls, yet it is up to truthers to prove their case before a proper investigation takes place? The point is not to believe truthers, nor deniers but to get a proper, independent investigation - which is exactly what these Trolls don't want.
