spiked-online.com — As the Jersey children?s home ?bone? turns out to be a piece of coconut, Richard Webster tells spiked the case reveals much about moral panics: They are purported to be driven by hysteria from the lower-class, but are actually instigated by elites needing a bogeyman in order to control the masses.

Interesting article about how elites use bogeymen to shape public opinion and mores. As we can see, elites construct images of enemies that are sometimes accurate, but frequently inaccurate, and always exaggerated to some extent. The Judaist and Christian priestly castes used Satan, who was always a hoax. The early 20th century political elite used Hitler and the Communists, who really were devils, responsible for the deaths of a 100 million people, but were immediate threats to Europeans, not Americans. Since the 1970s, the Judeo-liberal media elite has used the always nebulous 'white racism' as the bogeyman hiding behind every corner, eager to deprive educated, civilized blacks of high-paying jobs, nice apartments, and home loans, even as most of the large corporations were run by tribalist Jews, or by whites with no obvious signs of racial consciousness, and most of the hiring, housing, and lending practices were driven by belief in the applicant's perceived ability to make good, not on racial characteristics. Now, for the last ten years or so, an increasingly vocal and highly-placed group of Jewish neocons has been rallying Congress and the presidency against the enemy of Islam, which, not coincidentally, is 6,000 miles from Washington, but only a few hours from Israel. There's no doubt that Islamic extremism is a problem not only in the Middle East, but also in the ghettos of Europe, where Islamic illegal immigrants have been flooding by the millions over the last couple of decades, their paths greased by the very same neoconservatives who needed cheap, unskilled labor not only to work in the slaughterhouses, but to break down European culture and European ethnic identity. However, Islamic extremism is in part caused by Israeli and American aggression, and, once again, the neocons and their allies caused a crisis by tampering in foreign affairs, and now are demanding that we recognize the threat that they fostered, and unite behind them (and Israel) in vanquishing it using American lives and tax dollars, regardless of the cost to our individual rights.
