Boston has them on the Red Line between Downtown Crossing and Chinatown. They're just not lit as well as the one in th video so you gotta look for them.
On a side note, the video at the bottom showed a Chevrolet ad with the "an American Revolution" tagline at the end. Does that really have any traction in Japan, or would it be about as visible as Japanese text at the end of an Americanized Japanese advertisement?

They've been on the PATH train between Manhattan and Hoboken for at least 3 years now. I was quite surprised the first time I saw one.
