From the site: ITS GUARANTEED TO BE AUTHENTIC.Maybe the seller's ignorance of simple punctuation rules means he's not trustworthy... same kind of red flag spammers send up.For those few (many?) on Digg who don't seem to know this rule:"It's" is short for "It is"; the "i" in "is" gets turned into an apostrophe."Its" is possessive; it means "belonging to it".Example: It's unfortunate that the wanted poster's description was miswritten by its seller.
I bought fake wanted posters exactly like that from the back of boyslife magazine when I was a kid. A company had various wanted posters made to look old for like 2 bucks and they came folded up in an envelope. The fold lines look in this one sorta like a standard size envelope.
I know he also did it to the media of Maryland too. He sorta had too though. If the public of Maryland sided with the Confederacy then Washingston D.C would be surrounded by a confederate state (Maryland), as you can imagine that wouldn't be too good. Its still wrong though, right? I dunno.

The Smitsonian probably already has one of these, and the Ford's Theater museum probably does as well...

Here is the actual one in the Library of Congress: (same as Wikipedia version)http://memory.loc.gov/cgi-bin/ampage?collId=rbpe&fileName=rbpe00/rbpe000/00000800/rbpe00000800page.db&recNum=0&itemLink=r?ammem/rbpebib:@field%28NUMBER+@band%28rbpe+00000800%29%29&linkText=0Kinda suspect that each would have the same date but different appearance.

Replying to myself:Okay, maybe it was more common place:http://www.macleans.ca/topstories/science/article.jsp?content=20050404_103140_103140And I found a snippet of text concerning textile workers in Britain in the 19th century where the average height was 5'6".( http://www.geocities.com/couple_colour/Worker/ )Granted, that was in Britain, but all the same, I didn't expect such a sizeable jump in average height over the last hundred years or so.

Dude, "alot" and misuse of the word "then" (as opposed to, "than") in a single sentence? I'm no grammar nazi, but dude...
