Yes, the keypad options are active even while a message is playing, so nothing stopping you deleting a message before its finished. Any system that doesnt allow that would be madness.
I think you're wrong. I can only speak for my own country, Norway, but everyone I show my unlocked iPhone to is drooling all over it. I've made iPhone buyers out of 5 other people personally, just by showing it off.
If I were to visit an Orange store in Paris, as a non French citizen, with the intent of purchasing an iPhone, would the same consumer laws apply to me as they would to a French citizen?
