Not needed. There is rarely any trace of me in the shot. If there is, it's a faint ghostly blur and kinda adds. As Klarth said, things only show up if a light is pointed at them. A bigger problem is me accidentally having my head/body in between the camera and the subject when I'm doing the painting.
