Yeah, I've been using OpenVPN for a long time now. I've also deployed it at a lot of my customer's sites. It's surprisingly simple to use.On the other hand it's kind of funny to see everyone rave about it just because some guy mentioned it in a podcast. But this is Digg, so share the knowledge! (or lack there of)

IPSec-based VPN is insane. OpenVPN achieves the same functionality with software that's 10x simpler and gives you 10x less rope to hang yourself.
