They got done on intent.Calling it OpenBitTorrent takes away the pirate name so it looks like an attempt to avoid that.Using all the same infrastructure, people and changing the domain name doesn't seem like it will avoid intent though.I think it needs new people and new infrastructure too so that it is a new operation.
