Apparentl, Google had some similar ideas behind Notebook and GCal but looking at this demo, they failed miserably at the execution level. Notebook and Calendar are a total disaster riddled with bugs and abandonment from their developer team who are instead focusing on bulls**t features like 'weather' and google doodles.
What an awesome app. I'll try it out when they release it. (Also downloaded CalGoo. Pretty slick)BTW, First time I've ever seen a Digg article with so many positive comments and so few negative ones. Sounds like the community is really behind this one.
It's the new Linux mobile configuration application for syncing all your Linux server settings when you travel and have to use your friends Linux server. This way you just run "etc away" and the spare print server becomes your new lamp box. Awesome.
We just released a great new productivity tool set to give the competition a run for it's money. Doris is web-based, free of charge and supported by a free iPhone version. The iPhone version works offline of course and syncs to the web version. We're currently looking at 3rd party integrations.Check it out at http://dorisapp.com/
