readwriteweb.com — Read/WriteWeb reviews 10 different online TV Guides, such as AOL Television, MeeVee, TV.com, TV Guide, Yahoo! TV. However as more people switch to digital services or use PVRs that have built in on-screen guides, They can't help but wonder if the market for online TV guides is in for a crash.

They will adapt to the market by allowing their online guides to interface with PVRs. Just look at orb.com, it works with media center and Yahoo TV listings works with Tivo.

The new TV.yahoo.com SUCKS BIG TIME... they totally messed it up trying to be all Web 2.0 and instead its just "Web 2.SUCKS"<a class="user" href="http://www.titantv.com">http://www.titantv.com</a> for the win

I couldn't agree more. Slow to load and hard to use. If you like the way it was try the AOL tv guide. Very easy fast loading and the ads are not intrusive.I've pretty much dumped yahoo for everything. I used to put them as the home page for other computers. Not anymore.

tv.com doesn't list broadcast schedules for those who don't have cable and satellite. :(

What I would really love is my local tv listings via RSS (to mobile) so I can save some time and plan my tv watching on the commute home from work.

of course they're going to fail unless they can come up with some sort way to tell you what's entertaining on the web.

this article was pretty bad. the author missed some pretty critical details about the few listings sites that i'm aware of and use that should have affected his conclusions. personally, tvguide is the best site, as it has the best content, a new online video guide that will rock your world, and they're going to be adding a tivo scheduling application at some point (like yahoo). mevee is a close second for me.

Here is a good site to watch free online tv. It's easy to use with lots of channels (over 1000) and you don't have to download anything.<a class="user" href="http://www.tvweb360.com">http://www.tvweb360.com</a>

Comprehensive list! loved it. But I found it is missing some of the smaller guys in this industry. Personally, I found this review page there are 4 smaller ones but it is great competitors in the market! Support the smaller guys =) more choices more competitive pricing ...<a class="user" href="http://www.streaming-direct-tv.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.streaming-direct-tv.com</a>
