warcry.com — WarCry is reporting that a griefer in the MMORPG Roma Victor has been punished by being crucified for 7 days in-game while his account was banned for the same period of time. I like this better than the standard "we cannot discuss disciplinary actions" you get from other games.

An accurate recreation of Britan during Roman times.....so will you just be slain by Centurions every time you log in? This game sounds like a thrill...........But, putting griefers on display is a pretty cool idea. People should be able to knock him around while he's up there

Another cool thing MMO could do, is make the game mostly run off of the community, like priests or something, are the only people that can resurrect you, and if you are a griefer, and piss people off, then are banned and crucified, shown to the public that you are a griefer, no one will want to resurrect you, help you, making that persons gaming experience suck. And have to start all over again :PJust a thought...Dugg.

Or decrease his level by 1 or 2...nothing permanent, but annoying enough to prevent further "griefing."

All this is well and good but have you seen the graphics? This game looks like it was programmed in AD 0005 :| Those graphics are *disgustingly* poor
