Arthur C ClarkAll explorers are seeking something they have lost. It is seldom that they find it, and more seldom still that the attainment brings them greater happiness than the quest.Count me in.
I'd go. I seem unable to fulfill my dreams on this planet. I don't want to be another schmuck getting the morning paper in my slippers in suburbia, and that's better off in the class ladder than most, so I'll be lucky even if I get that successful. This would give me a chance to be important, to feel useful, and to be remembered. I'd be happy to die knowing I was all that, that I actually accomplished something in my life, and was more beneficial than waste.
