Glad I'm not one of them ... I'll be refinancing my house on a 15 yr fixed at 4.65%, and paying another 5k down. Should easily save me tens of thousands of dollars in interest on a loan that's only about half the market value of my home. Can't wait to pay the last cent and be done with it.
