@ DanNZNHa! Wealthy people (unless they won they lottery) are oftentimes wealthy because they're good at money management. NO right-minded rich person would ever intentionally pass up on medical insurance, because while it may be a rip off....it's about the most important (for financial reasons/risks alone...nevermind keeping loved ones well) type of insurance there is.As for the other people, given i bet .001% of that 16% would be those rich people "who don't need it," do you really think they are just people "who don't want it?" Or might it be that they are poor people who have to prioritize and sacrifice certain things in order to make ends meet, and thus took the risk that they won't get sick in order to put food on the table/fuel in the furnace.everybody wants health insurance. It's just that many people can't afford it.
