If successful the case will form a precedent that can be used to prosecute other pornographers, possibly even taking the battle to the Internet using interstate commerce laws.

This is REALLY good news, as this could be the beginning of the end for stateside produced porn. While the Internet is infested at the moment, we can at least use precedents like this to push the porn producers out of the USA. From there, it's a matter of locking down the pipes coming in to keep foreign porn out.
