Nintendo doesnt care about white people(Americans). They probably know we hate the Friend Code System. I have yet to go online with my DS because it such a f**king pain. I mean what are they tring to protect. Child Molsesters will beat children in video games? But Nintendo wont change it, cause the Japanese will eat it up.And I am proud of my Native console,[well becaue it is released] because it treats me well.

Actually, I think I agree with the direction they're taking, with wireless out of the box. Microsoft's already got an official WiFi adapter for the xbox 360. But that's expensive, and therefore not accessible to everybody. With the Wii including a built-in wireless connection, people with broadband and a wireless router are set to plug in to the TV and the wall, and go. Those who have a router and want to use a cable can spend 20 bucks on a cheapo usb-ethernet adapter and go. Nintendo's trying to reach out to everybody here. I think there are a lot of people that don't like running 200ft cables down a hallway and across 3 rooms just to take their console online. Then again, there are probably people such as myself that have ethernet running through their house. As stated earlier, a $30-40 wireless router is cheaper than Microsoft's wireless adapter itself ($99.99 on amazon).Think of it this way:Xbox 360 Core system ($300) + Wireless Antenna ($100.00) = $400.00Wii ($250-300) + USB-Ethernet adapter ($20.00) = $270-320.00So if the Wii comes out at $250, it'll be cheaper to get that and a USB adapter than a Core 360 by itself. And by the time you get a memory card, hd cables, and wireless controller, you'd spend much, much more.If you wanna go wireless, the 360 costs much more. The point of this is that Nintendo's looking to get the Wii out to the broadest market possible. By including wireless out of the box, and the option of using a wired connection for a small price, it appears to me that nintendo's thought this one out for a while.

I was wondering if the wii has a hard drive. Also I hate the friend code system for the DS, why not just go like Xbox and have systemwide usernames and have 1 friend code for each?
