googleblog.blogspot.com — After discovering a major security breach from hackers in China that sought to steal info on Chinese and international human rights activists, Google says it will stop self-censoring Google.cn content in Chinese Google searches. Too bad the realization comes after they supported the Communist Party's censorship for years.

Cyber Attacks occur everyday from all over the world for Google. It is an excuse to control PR that surrounds this decision. The excuse may carry weight to old men who know nothing of tech, ultimately businessmen and politicians. I support google for doing this.

Actually only some people in south China can't pronounce the L. And we are not glad to see Google gone. Google has a really good image in China. We think it is much better than Baidu. The censorship has only damaged the credit of China govt. But I still have to say that Google did the right thing.

Just leave Google.cn up and not censored. Google is a US-based company; they don't need to follow China's laws.

Bing 'brother' Biagle push Google to leave Chinahttp://Biagle.com , a micro-blogging that looks like twitter, launched on January 12, and is pushing Google to leave China. The site logo is very similar branding to the world's leading search engines Bing, Baidu and Google, and it sounds similar to the Mandarin word for brother Bige.

Hey, very nice blog. I came across this on Google, and I am stoked that I did. I will definitely be coming back here more often. Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table, but am just taking in as much info as I can at the moment.
Thank You.
