This page of comments illustrates very well how polarized american politics, especially presidential politics are. Both sides completely talk past each other. No one has changed their mind about anything by reading these comments. Nothing you say will convince me of anything, and vice versa. Either I already agree with you, or we are instantly at each others throats with generalized insults and sensationalized alarmist predictions for what happens if the other guy wins. Both sides are convinced that their opponents will be the downfall of america.

Even with a Federal lawsuit against Obama and the DNC demanding he provide verifiable evidence he is Constitutionally eligible the FEC hasn't done anything to verify for themselves (and the American people they are supposed to represent) Obamas eligibility. The FECs allowing the Obama campaign to collect unverifiable internet credit card contributions in the first place suggests they are not neutral in their oversight role but instead Obama partisans. Their strange silence and inaction regarding Obamas eligibility to be President essentially proves they are Obama partisans.

In about 12 cases, deputy registrars paid by ACORN were "making people up or registering people that were still in prison," said Carolyn Castore, ACORN's state political director.
