I'm not a constitutional law student, petrodollar (the guy who you were arguing with) said that he is one. You fail at reading comprehension, Ronbot. And as for "thing Ronbot", I don't proofread my posts and my train of thought drifts. Sue me for being ADD and not caring enough to proofread everything.
I would LOVE to see Obama call for impeachment as the Bush administration is the most treasonous to date... But that has yet to happen. He says he's against the war, but cannot withdraw until 2013(Do the math... I'm pretty sure that's after his term is over). The war that causes recession, eventually depression. The war that fuels the special interests of this country, the special interests that now have more power than the people ever will in shaping this country. Obama is more so in my eyes promising more of the same in washington simply because he refuses to pull out of iraq immediately considering it is the prime cause of our economic ills and was illegal to begin with. I personally believe that no one man knows the solution to all of the problems, nor do the people that supposedly vote in the people's favor in congress. We need to let these 300 million Americans create their own picture of america, instead of letting the establishment grab ahold of our steering wheel. Vote for less government this election people, they have a history of messing up when they have too much control!
I don't know what is irritating about that. You're right, second place isn't victory, but I consider it PROGRESS for an "longshot" candidate like Ron Paul. Yes, coming from 0% in the polls and getting second is an achievement for us, but true victory would be winning. So congratulations to Obama and his supporters. I will vote for him if Ron Paul doesn't get the nomination.
amazing speech...he has such a talent, he moves his head left and right, does he intentionally never look straight ahead? and then what? when he gets into the white house? will he buy a dog, adopt one? and then say mission accomplished? i hope his hope is for real...inspiration is good, but not good enough,,,hope he makes it.
What? Just because he said this was an incredible speech doesn't mean he's going to vote for Obama. And just because he respects Paul doesn't mean he's going to vote for him. I respect a lot of people...that doesn't mean I want them all to be President. How does respecting someone indicate anything towards wanting them to run our country?

They appear to be, as they claim to be in their mission statement, non-partisan.

A speech he did not right filled with platitutes. How inspiring! He's still the least bad candidate with a realistic chance though...
