The fair tax is a direct tax which is prohibited by the Constitution. maybe some day Huckabee can read the Constitution and pay attention to what it says so he won't be seen as backing an illegal tax.

The only truly easy tax plan and plan for filing is to have a flat tax system. This way everyone pays the same percent.
