It couldn't possibly be because Comcast has a complete monopoly in the areas it offers service?Any company WILL act horrifically when it has a monopoly (aka: too much power).Any government WILL act horrifically when it has too much power. The trick is to prevent either one from happening. The problems we have now can be directly traced to both having too much power.
again, 'monopoly' or not, a better alternative would've emerged, regardless of their distractions. the market doesn't lie, microsoft is losing market share. but it was inevitable in the first place. i think xp was a good product. it had it's issues, but all in all it turned out to be their best. could they have done better? (especially throughout their early years) of course. the market isn't always logical or sane, but it always has the right answer in the end. the market requres patience and non-interference. (btw, apple has hurt themselves tremendously by only supporting their overpriced proprietary hardware. if you're a company choosing between dell or apple, the choice is really simple.)

And what you fail you realize is that Dr. Paul is against the Corporate Personhood we have now... Everyone's fighting for the same thing.
