The Dallas Morning News (one of the papers involved) comments,"we don't have evidence that the newspaper's endorsement of Sen. McCain had any bearing on the campaign's decision to boot us from the plane.""We think the Obama campaign's decision is to some degree more a function of limited seats""For what it's worth, we've had the same trouble with the McCain campaign.""The real problem is that the campaign does not want to add a second plane. Here's how this works: The campaign makes travel arrangements and bills journalists for the costs. Your share of the cost is based on the total cost being divvyed up among the number of journalists traveling. So if there's too many journalists for one plane but not quite enough for two, someone's not going to make the cut."
Hey, how come it was OK for McCain to kick the Time reporter off his plane for asking tough questions? No one has the right to demand to be shuttled around the country on a private plane. Obama is footing the bill for the plane, and he is not obligated to offer a free ride to anyone who wants one.
Wake-up call. No one is entitled to a seat on a privately chartered jet. It is a courtesy. McCain has done the same thing. Candidates are not required to foot the bill for feeding and shuttleing reporters around the country. I thought Republicans were all about paying your own way. So a couple reporters aren't getting a free ride. Big deal.
Thee Messiah Obama will only take care of his people ,People in Kenya and there Take over agenda they want guns and weapons to come here, can you believe Hollywod has been eating this up!! angelina jolie was crying about it,Well Ill sure cry if they try to kill us,And what was that Gullinotine doing there for halloween really spooky almost the truth,And no one has mentioned about the radio stations to shut down Talk radio,by the fairness Doctrine,The radio stations could not afford to give the liberals equal time cause no one would listen to it and they would lose money,he is trying to take over and isnt even president yet his way of stifling free speech ,then he will go after the rest heaven help us!!!
You're kidding, right? "...and he is not obligated to offer a free ride to anyone who wants one."? Obama's promising those who don't pay taxes a 'free ride' on the backs of all those who actually work for a living. What brand of crack do you smoke anyway?
