I figured out Obama’s tax plan logic as well as his healthcare logic. Here it goes:First, list all the relevant buzzwords and figure out if they are viewed in positive or negative light by the voting public:1. Small business - Viewed positive2. Middle class - Viewed positive3. The rich - Viewed Negative4. big business - Viewed Negative5. Oil Companies - Viewed Negative6. Working Families - Viewed positive7. Corporations that export jobs - Viewed NegativeEtc.Next step is to assign the tax cut to all the buzzwords that public views positive, and tax increase to all the buzzwords that public views as negative, and PRESTO, you have Obama’s tax plan. Question: What happens to small business oil corporation that is owned by middle class owners and that exports American jobs?Answer: STFU, and get back to cheering Obama!

Barack Obama is brilliant and has surrounded himself with brilliant advisers.As President he will continue to be advised by the best and the brightest in America.He believes in stopping global warming,and he will use scientists and new technologies to save our beautiful world.He will go after the polluters.His policy's will be fine tuned for the best results possible.He is our best hope for the future and future generations.He was right about Iraq,and he will get our brave soldiers back home safely and soon as he can.The Iraqis will work with him because they can better trust his decisions.He will work on the trade deals,the energy issues,the health care issues, and the economy from the bottom up.He will bring back peace,protection and justice to America.He will be a respected world leader because he is a true diplomat with the right temperament.I'm from North Carolina and I proudly voted for him,because it was the right choice for this country.Check his voting record and you will see that he does support "we the people" and he has supported the troops and will continue to do so.

Politics as a discipline is much like a huge public restroom with lots of over-flowing toilets: it's knee-deep in there, everyone contributed something to the mess. Everyone admits something needs to be done about it but no one wants to clean up anyone else's crap. The whole mess makes everyone sick but no one quite knows exactly how to clean things up without making even more of a mess somewhere else.No matter how clean you are going in, no matter how careful you are while you're there... you're going to come out stinky. It's the nature of the job. What's important is how you clean up afterward...I'd say it's about elbow-deep and rising. Whomever gets handed the golden plunger better be ready... there's a whole lot of crap that needs cleaning up....though, fwiw I think Bush swapped out the gold for some plaster-of-Paris painted yellow.
