I don't think the article is attacking anyone, I think most of the people here commenting are turning it into that. And I agree with Supply: lame. Must be a slow news day when this is worth writing about.

You *still* haven't read what I said, or your reading comprehension was off. Let me try to spell it out for you.I only checked for a reply to my last post on that thread a couple of hours after I posted it. I didn't check after that, because I've got responsibilities that prevent my checking on digg all hours of the day.

What a distraction. Some people take this as news sometimes, or maybe there's something bigger going on. Listen to No Agenda at noagendashow.com and figure it out.

The problem with this is that:a) he was only there for 20 minutes (really??)b) there was no game even scheduled and no proof shown that one even occurredc) he's gone to soccer games w/ the press before...what would make this trip any different? he's a press junkie...he's always looking for photo ops, especially of him being a doting father.and most importantly: d) he himself said something about his secretary forgetting to tell the SECRET SERVICE. He didn't take them with him either?! Was he honestly going to just show up and get out of the car and walk up, stand around for 20 minutes then leave? Someone earlier said something about Bush not telling the press when he went to Baghdad. Wrong: "The trip was known only to a handful of aides and a small number of journalists sworn to secrecy because of obvious security threats for Mr. Bush and members of his entourage." http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/06/13/iraq/mai ...He has an obligation to the American People to protect himself. That's the issue here. Sneaking out like some teenager is just nonsense.
