The republicans have been f**king us without lube for 8 years, so yeah, we might want a little payback. True progressives in the cabinet wouldnt be much to ask, for instance.
You wasted your vote. Mussolini was better than Hitler. If they were both running I wouldn't choose Mussolini because he was better, I would vote for someone else.
Well I'm going to humbly disagree that I am what's wrong with America. You may disagree with the concept of business that I believe in. Which is that if you create an original product (digital or otherwise) you should be able to introduce the product to the market and sell it and profit from each sale. Now your argument is obviously against DRM. Which is sort of a tough subject because depending on what type of media we're talking about I have different opinions on the extent to which DRM is appropriate. Generally, though I think it is probably flawed to some degree, DRM is absolutely important to protect our Intellectual Property. It has become a pretty big chunk of our economy. My point, that I will make again since you obviously only took what you wanted me to say out of my statement, is that in 20 years we are looking at a whole different ball game. The growth of the internet has just begun and the right steps need to be taken at this critical point to provide the infrastructure for the future of trade via the web. I think that choosing someone who is familiar with the arguments of both sides of the DRM coin is crucial. In this case the appointed is very familiar with the issue and I think was an excellent choice for the position. probably the BEST choice. What's wrong with America is the aggressive attitude toward one another despite the obviously common interests we share. I don't mind a debate, but you should learn that accusing someone you don't even know of being what's wrong with America is childish and it makes you look stupid.

It is humorous that the same people who call Obama supporters "robots" are the same people who automatically hate anything Obama does.

So Ron Paul supporters have taken over democraticunderground.com? Interesting.17. Meet the new politics, same as the old politicsObama railed against cynicism in politics, then pulls the most cynical move in political history. The man is the most hypocritical Democratic politician ever.http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboa ...57. Ridiculous claim. There are endless threads criticizing Obama on just this forum alone. The few examples above are very tame compared the intense Obama anger going on over there.
