huffingtonpost.com — "My economic plan is better than my bowling," Obama told fellow bowlers Saturday...at the Pleasant Valley Recreation Center...Obama dropped by the bowling lanes as part of his new emphasis on low-key, face-to-face campaigning during a six-day bus tour through the state.

Here's the thing, how do you think the US was pulling itself out of the Great Depression before the US started to arm for WW2? DEBT!!! The Great Depression was the first time that the US had ever gone into debt. Why, because it was helping the little guy. The government didn't go and bail out the big businesses it started hiring and helping the little guy. Helping the large corporations doesn't get rid of the underlying cause of our economic problems (people being unable to afford their mortgages), however if the government helps the little guy, surprise surprise the little guy gets helped and the large corporation gets its money. It sucks that we're going to have to go deeper into debt, but it addresses the root of the problem, instead of bailing out the business that caused the problem in the first place (Yes I blame the banks because they misrepresented how the loans worked to a lot of people, and even more people just didn't understand, all the average person knew was that they could buy a house and I honestly don't blame them, The American Dream is owning your own home). If the big banks are the ones getting the aid from the government, all it is doing is saving that business, but when the money is given to the people who are about to lose their homes it helps both the average guy and big business. Adding to our debt isn't a bad thing, it's only a bad thing if it isn't helping the root of the problemPS. Your argument sucks, Obama doesn't want to give money to everybody, and saying that he does really doesn't help advance the necessary discussion to solve our economic woes.

*whoosh*I'm surprised the 305 score got past some of you people, as well as the blatant hyperbole and use of Dr Paul.

Haha, I had to RTFA after that and this part made me almost die of laughter:"About five lanes over, a young man in a T-shirt that said "Beer Hunter" fell on his backside while bowling and still recorded a strike."
