I know this is probably going to get me shot down. But I'm just thinking out loud, so tuff. Do you think the President of Mexico would expose his citizens to this virus, just to get a hand on the drug battles that are going on? Maybe he didn't want to kill anyone, just weaken the populace a little. And the location of the outbreak doesn't really matter if you were trying to throw off a theory like mine. Others have tried it: Sadam Hussein (he used chemicals and wanted to kill Kurds, the mahareshi from Oregon (his people spread botulism at salad bars before the elections). Just a thought.
