aolnews.com — "Some UFOs are intelligently controlled extraterrestrial spacecraft, and this is the biggest story of the millennium." These words are not the rantings of a deranged individual looking for attention or a comfortable straitjacket. Stanton Friedman is a maverick of sorts.

When you turn a flashlight on, do you see a trace of light flash between the bulb and the wall? You severely underestimate the speed of light.

StarWhite: Laugh it up, knuckle head. One day your tiny little box of "reality" is going to come crashing down. When that happens, I hope you remember this post. p.s. Thanks seanatthestore for the support :)

Stanton has had a lot of hecklers, but he usually speaks to very friendly audiences. Like those at UFO conventions. It's a very big leap to go from "scientists don't know everything" to "alien spaceships are visiting the Earth". After 50+ years of "UFO investigation" there is no good evidence for alien spaceship visitations. A handful of eyewitness accounts. Increasingly uncommon (as camera technology improves and everyone has easy access to cameras) photographs and video. And lots and lots of hoaxes. Did I mention all the hoaxes? Just like all the "psychic powers" claims, all of the evidence that was really clear and seemed to be really good, like the "alien autopsy" video, turned out to be a fraud. Lately a lot of people in the UFO camp have been making a lot of "spiritual" claims, that the aliens are intangible or from a different dimension (or both) and that they are responsible for "spirit" claims throughout the years, etc. This doesn't make the field look very good.

If they were in the atmosphere and moving even 770 MPH (very roughly) there would be a sonic boom. Anything moving close to 671 million MPH in a atmosphere would be toast on a stick. I'm sure you saw something, but that speed is not possible.

For a different, and more likely perspective on the nature of the "UFO phenomenon", read anything by Jacques Vallee.

UFOs are most certainly here and extraterrestrial contact has been covered up by the world governments for decades. I have a blog that I'm working on focused on all things UFO, if you want to check it out, I'd really appreciate your input and support via following.
