homokaasu.org— The Rasterbator is a web service which creates huge, rasterized images from any picture. The rasterized images can be printed and assembled into extremely cool looking posters up to 20 meters in size.

This seems pretty cool, but I'm still not clear on what exactly it does. As far as I understand, it enlarges the picture and cuts it up into 8.5 x 11 pages. Does it also de-pixelate the image? Is that what rasterization means?
This is awesome. Guess I'm not cool enough to have heard about years ago like some of the othere people commenting. However, do they have a version--or something like it--for Mac?
You can do it yourself with any major art program... It just takes a little effort on your part. This makes it easy...But then again, you're a mac user... :P

oooh I get it. It makes it all dotty. Kinda neat but I wouldn't want a 10 page poster of it. Especially in a single color.
