If you wonder why you are being modded down, it's because you linked to a demo of a horribly unresponsive app and actually includes the phrase "Or not..." in the middle as the poor guy fruitless tries to get a video to go full screen, and also has an endering segment of "Ok, it's catching up to my taps..."!I cannot believe you would seriously say "screw the iPhone" and then present that as an alternative. Plus, it's not even a phone so the market for it is inherantly much smaller. It's like a UMPC with a little better interface and form factor.
The app was in early beta stages when that video was done and I found it very impressive. Right now it's very close to being stable and it's not necessary to have. The default stable apps that come with the n800 are great. The main attraction of n800 is the fact that it's OS is open source. Most of the apps are free and working very well. It recently just added a mozilla browser engine and skype. The video could have been better.

Obviously, we want pics. But that doesn't make the article unworthy.

each call starts after a 10sec Audio Ad, imagine having to make a 911 call, that would suck
