Wonder if CAIR will vigoursly defend the "Driving Blind" by suing the cabbies, in similar fashion that they are defending the "Flying Immams"?? Probably that hard earned Saudi cash won't find it's way into any Visually Impaired coffers.

What if I belong to some wierd religious sect that tells me not to associate with blacks? Does that make a difference? Absolutely not. The right to refuse service has to do with imminent danger only, not the religious preferences of the cabbie.
