Norway is one of those rare capitalist-socialist countries, they only have to pay for social services for 5 million people and they don't have to pay for it with taxes because they make so much in oil revenues.

lmao -- norway is a HUGE oil/gas exporter and theyre sitting a gigantic trust find ($100B +) -- im not too surprised theyre spending a few M to improve the amazon while doing nothing to reduce oil consumption
