Prices of the N800 have been dropping recently in anticipation of the release of the N810. Last I saw they were going for around $240. They will probably be $199 by the time the N810 hits the streets.
We're getting a nationwide wireless network here in Finland via the old NTM450 network, so perhaps this is something built in anticipation of that? Eventually wireless networks will be widely available everywhere, so it's a nice concept and something to look forward to.
You would be surprized, sometimes i find myself on the iphone just reading, its so much easier to browse the web and read with a small device, vs the whole laptop
No kidding. I was SERIOUSLY considering buying one - for several weeks... until I found out it wasn't actually a phone! What good is that? I was thinking "Skype enabled phone combined with a pre-paid sim card - SWEET MOTHER OF SAVINGS!" Then Nokia went and crushed my dreams by making a comparatively useless, non-phone internet device.

This is actually starting to get kind of fun. Watching everyone yell "not a phone" to the idiots who don't know what an Internet Tablet is.

THe n800 sold well. And a lot of people have the 770 too.

Hey. At least you can run the new OS. The 770 users have to use a hacked version of your OS.
