1) Keyboard: Bluetooth keyboard works well enough. USB keyboards won't work without some hacking of software and hardware.3) Peripherals: Bluetooth GPS and Keyboard are about it for peripherals, as far as I know.4) Ethernet: You want to plug in to a wired Ethernet network? Uhh, even if that were possible, it'd be kind of clumsy. This thing's the size of a calculator.
Didn't see anything about Skype or Google talk + live video on the N95. It does look sweet, but it has symbian OS and costs a lot more. Put linux on it and it would be a lot more valuable to me.

Is full screen flash video support as smooth as on the Archos 605 WiFi? http://www.archoslounge.net/5G-le-605-en-video.html (notice that the Archos starts youtube flash video playback instantly and smoothly at full screen)

Hell, with enough cash you can get Adobe staff to come act out your Flash(tm) movies in real life.
