I think that this is a great idea. I know that it means that their constituents might suffer, but their constituents should have put more pressure on these representatives to pass this bill. Also, these people who are suffering should have long memories and remember in 2010 who tried to help this country and who caused delays in the passing of the bill. The time for playing political games is over!
