Nope that's illegal, I've tried it, cops really frown upon you sleeping in your car in the parking lot. (also note in most states simply placeing the keys in the ignition to run the heat/AC or listen to the raido is enough for them to haul you in for DUI... it's shows "intent" or some such bulls**t.
